Calling Post

How do I send an outgoing message using Calling post? 

You will need to obtain the following items from the league’s registrar.  

• Your team’s member list group number
• ID and PIN for calling post

Call 1-866-994-7678 and enter your ID and PIN. Once you are logged in follow the voice prompts to record and deliver a message or follow the following steps.

• Press 1 to work with an existing group.
• Enter your team’s member list group number (from bullet 1 above).
• Press 1 to work with your outgoing message.
• Press 1 to record your outgoing message (you are allowed 30 seconds press # when finished). 
• Press 1 to listen to your recorded message or 2 to re-record your outgoing message or press 3 to send your recorded message.
• Stay on the phone until your message has been sent.

Good afternoon parents and players this is a reminder that the U12 girls will have an away game tomorrow Saturday, September 20th at 3:30pm. The game will be at the Livsey/Henderson field. We will be meeting at the Southeast soccer complex at 2:00pm and will depart shortly after as a team to the game. Please try to be on time. Please wear your yellow jersey but also bring your blue jersey.  If you are unable to make the game please call coach xxxxxxx at yyy-yyy-yyyy.
